Tasting notes
This product is inspired by Italian red vermouths. The nose presents a blend of earthy wormwood, bitter orange, and rich dark chocolate, with hints of dark plum and warm spices. Smooth and full-bodied on the palate, the initial tartness balances sweetness and bitterness. Structured tannins and a soft mouthfeel reveal layers of caramel and spice with a lingering finish.
