White Sparkling Extra Dry – Bottled poetry.

Colour: a rich, bright straw yellow
Aromas perceived: herbaceous notes that bring back fragrances of cut grass and hay combined with the fresh tone of honey.
Taste: intense, balanced with slightly acidic hint.
Pairing: to be served in medium-sized glasses at 5-6 °C. Its crisp, refreshing flavours and delicate bubbles pair well with everything from sweet treats and salty snacks to a whole variety of appetizers, mains and desserts.

Vinification & Aging: after careful selection, the grapes are immediately softly pressed and the must is left to settle through cold static decantation. The must ferments in steel at controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation the wine is kept on its yeasts in stainless steel tanks for approximately 10/12 months. The final product is dealcoholized with a low pressure osmosis process, CO2 is added for 30 days to create a fine bubble. Thereafter it is pasteurized to avoid the use of preservatives and additives.
