Our all-natural Collins, is delightlfully elegant and refreshing. Using a Gin extract for aroma, in tandem with our citrus shrub, subtle cucumber, organic cane sugar and lemon juice. Full flavoured, so makes a great mixer too. Best served over plenty of ice 🙂
