This Passionfruit Martini is created to meet perfection – but without the alcohol. The aroma shows an interplay between sweet and fresh notes of vanilla and passionfruit which continues along the way to the taste of this drink. The palate shows lush and sweet passionfruit flavours while the aftertaste shows a fresh passion-like finish. Sir. James 101 is sometimes a bit naughty and likes to drop the shot of (alcohol free) sparkling wine in his drink which created a little fizzle to the passionfruit martini. Slightly different to the standard but get ready to be inspired by magnificent flavours!
