Actually tastes like wine. Enjoy balanced flavors of strawberry and stone fruits with perfect acidity alongside delicate bubbles. Produced from a blend of red and white grape varietals grown in 2024 in the Willamette Valley AVA, Oregon. The grapes underwent spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak barrels and were dealcoholized in 2025, then force carbonated and capped for your enjoyment.
