Smokey, herbacious and distilled with 100% real agave, this is easily the first choice for your NA agave-based cocktails. Made with rare Tobala agave sourced from the mountains in Oaxaca that is roasted in a pit oven from local palenques, Tomonotomo is distilled with local botanicals: ginger, pasilla mixe chili, flor de cacao, basil, poleo, chamomile, black cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon, hibiscus, rose petal, lemongrass, cloves and then blended with smoked pineapple.
